What do we offer

Our company offers a long time experience in creating and maintaining recognized and tested software solutions for human resources and payroll system. By being functional, comprehensive and user-friendly, program fulfils business needs and expectations of old and new clients. Software package offers total automatization of all processes and, during the years of work, showed excellent performances in large-sized companies.

Human resource

Human resource system automaticly tracks all its tables and sections. Every employee has its own section, which is completely covered by demanding aspects by employer and the IRS. The data of human resource may be processed and refreshed by different employees of different sections. Depending on their authorization, they may see only their or more sections. Program is directly connected with payroll subsystem.

Payroll subsystem

The payroll subsystem was made in modul step by step, which are directly linked and lined up in a row. This way, they are easy to change, refresh and track. For example, program has modules for base salary, past labor, sick leave, maternity leave, credits, gross income, net wages, taxes, allowance, benefits, meal, transportation etc. All necessary coefficients are led through tables, nothing is implemented in programs. Calculation parameters are kept in data base tables and they include: tax rates, contribution rates, sick leave rates, maternity leave, over-time work bonuses, incentive pay, night-work bonuses, public holidays, net wages, minimal and maximal wages, meal etc.

Reports

Information system provides all reports including: OD, OD1, OPJ, OPJ1, PPP, accounting reports, workers leaflet, worker card, credit card, M4 and tax reports. Staff loans are kept automatically.
